Please note that there are restrictions on the number of massage subscriptions. Unfortunately, there are currently no available places and you must sign up on a waiting list. You must therefore complete and submit the form.

 

When you submit the form, you will be contacted in order to create a massage subscription and book your first appointment when it is your turn on the waiting list.
