Rules for canceling a massage subscription are current month + 1  month, from the date we receive your cancellation. Your monthly period applies from the date your subscription started. For example, if your subscription started on 15 November and you submit your cancellation between 15 January and 14 February, your last payment will be 15 February.

When you submit the form, you will receive an automatic receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, please complete the form and resubmit.
